Pac choi, two different kinds, sweet peppers and a few warm peppers (warm peppers are in the paper bag) , locally grown non GMO rice.....and some great lettuce.....all the makings of a stir fry week. Just a little hot pepper goes a long way.
In the fields we are cleaning out the last of the summer crops and putting new compost, leaves, and other good stuff on the plots for winter starts of lettuce and greens. The hens like their new heat lamps and fresh straw in the evenings, they are happily eating all the summers left overs.
