Posted 12/11/2019 10:42am by Jill Rendleman.

Greens are definitely back.  Members are asking for cleansing nutritious greens to overcome holiday blues and to move back to healthy eating.  Kale, Tatsoi or Chard, Garlic, Radish......all on the list for this week.  I am stewing a chicken, adding white beans, kale, last of season ugly tomatoes and carrots, garlic, and kale or chard.....for a healthful soup that will last a few days.

Next week Dec 19th those of you who want a 7 to 9 lb hen......please let me know text 618 308 0217.......if you got one before, you can order specific veggies.  Everyone will get extra veggies on Dec 19th to stock up for the Christmas week as there will be NO DELIVERY on the week of DEC 22 to Dec 29th.  The next CSA Delivery after Dec 19th will be Jan 2cd.  We will be back on schedule.

call or text 618 308 0217 for questions to farmer jill
