CSA Pickup Reminder Thursday Aug 22 and Friday August 23 BOXES PLEASE

Posted 8/22/2019 9:19am by Jill Rendleman.

Return boxes this week or next PLEASE!  We recycle wax boxes to save trees and to keep CSA priced at wholesale.

More sweet corn, bell pepper,  potatoes, baby mixed lettuce, and garlic.  We have  a LOT of eggplant if anyone wants extras.  Also basil.  Let me know this week or early next if you want extras!

Next week  is likely our last summer CSA week, however you can still order individual items online and pickup times would be the same.  Things will be limited as we start into fall planting season, our second spring, move hightunnels and chicken houses, amend soils, get ready for the fall winter season.

Its been a rocky, but in the end, good overall CSA season, but I need your input to make things as good as they can be.  Text or call me.....this is YOUR CSA...and let me know what you would like to see.

Next season we will offer a plastic free CSA as we have  several members who have asked.  Currently we recycle our eggs boxes, which are made from recycled paper, our plastic quart boxes, our farmer bags, and our CSA wax boxes.....always looking for suggestions from members.  Let me know.   your farmer, Jill
