Look for small but tasty little cabbages that look like alien heads but green.  Add to that carrots and some Veganese and you have an organic gluten soy free slaw!  Kale is coming, the last of this season.  Good taste, not as tender as spring.  We are braising and eating with new potatoes, which are also in your box.

Top that off with a couple of SWEET red peppers and some garlic heads.  Its a good week!

I am bill's sailing crew for a race in Wisconsin this weekend.....so Cleto again may b the face you see at delivery while we get packed and the boat ready.   Thank you for being so kind to Cleto, he is beginning to like dealing with customers after starting out a bit shy it being new to him.
