CSA Pickup Reminder Thursday June 6 and Friday June 7th

Posted 6/6/2019 1:35pm by Jill Rendleman.

Tomatoes are in!  First of the cherry tomatoes are ready this week for members.  Also cucumbers are in as well as more lettuces, cutting celery and kale and radishes.  The radishes may have a little heat since the heat has been high.  Remember the cutting celery is a great addition to salads and soups and can be used in any recipe calling for celery.

We planted sweet corn this week which is about the last recommended planting date for corn here.....keep your fingers crossed.  Green beans coming along nicely if no critters get them....should see some zucchini next week.

As always......CALL or TEXT if you will be late at the Coop so I can get your share in the cooler when I get there.    take care, your farmer. jill
