Members will enjoy fall lettuce, sweet red bell peppers, cherry bell radishes, cucumbers, Italian parsley and sweet potatoes...maybe another fall something.

Parsley is almost a meal in itself......I have said this a lot.....parsley may seem like the herb in the box, but it is densely nutritious.....boil some noodles, add olive oil or butter, toss in chopped parsley, add mozzarella or your favorite cheeses..yum.

Fall and winter is when our bodies start telling us.....stock up those nutrients for the coming season......so root crops like radishes that pull up nutrients from deep down, or greens that bring in nutrients from the top and medium soil layers...those are what we crave and with cool weather, have great flavor!  Cant wait for white turnips and greens next week!

look for great recipes for radish salad.....or slice radish on just about any dish.  wonderful!

cool fall morning lettuce pick!
